Our wine-growing company is placed in the historic city centre of the free town of Rust. The vineyards are extending over an area of six hectare widespread around Rust. Our family has grown wine for lots of generations. Nowadays Gernot and Victoria Schreiner are cultivating the precious vineyards.

It is our intention to keep the valuable soil of our vineyards healthy. Therefore for instance we cultivate green manure using different kinds of flowers and herbs, force the spreading of beneficial organisms and negate using conventional chemical protection. We are convinced of ecological viniculture. As a reason of this we work on our wines organic guidelines. The harvest of the year 2012 is already certified organic officially.

As the grapes are gathered by hand it is possible to get a strict selection of the harvest. In the cellar we keep holding on the slowly development of the wine. This includes white, as well as red and sweet wines. Combined, these working principles establish the high quality and the typical character of our wines.

Cellar doors are open the whole year. In winter it's better to visit us by appointment.
